Programme Duration

Students are required to complete the course component (or at least the majority of it) before starting practical training.  Courses run from September to April every year.  For more information about the duration of each course and the specific dates, please download the documents below.

Students normally complete the practical training component within 18 months or less.  There are typically three intakes for practical training throughout the year (January, May and September).  Students are required to commit to a minimum of 2 clinic shifts and a maximum of 3 clinic shifts per week.  The number of spaces available for practical training is limited so it is recommended that you contact us at studentadmissions@nbci.ca to arrange a meeting well in advance.
